This is the Information and Communications Sector!

Should these be be two sectors? Maybe.

Has your cellphone not been able to make a call out when in a large crowd?

Has your internet ever gone down?

This sector deals with telephone (including landlines) and the internet (everything from routers and switches, to the "cloud" which, for the most part is actually underground.
